Which product should I start with?

Start with The Scalp Reset Trio: the Rosemary Scalp Oil plus the Rosemary & Caffeine Shampoo and Conditioner. Add the Rosemary & Mint Scalp Scrub once a week if you use dry shampoo or styling products, or live with hard water. You get all four in The Full Scalp Ritual, and three full months in The 90-Day Scalp Reset.

Why 90 days?

Hair grows slowly, so any routine needs time. The 90-Day Scalp Reset gives you three months of the complete ritual, so you can stay consistent.

How often should I use each step?

Scrub once a week. Oil several times a week on a dry scalp before washing. Shampoo and conditioner whenever you wash your hair.

Are the products vegan?

The Rosemary Scalp Oil and the Scalp Renewal Serum are vegan. The shampoo, conditioner and scalp scrub contain keratin, so they are not vegan. Full ingredient lists are on every product page.

Are they suitable for men and women?

Yes. Every Norrivo product is unisex and works for all hair types.

Is Norrivo certified?

Yes. The scalp oil is COSMOS Organic certified, and the shampoo, conditioner, scrub and serum are COSMOS Natural certified.

What is the founding price?

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders are made and packed by our partner in the EU, and you will receive a tracking link by email.

Can I return my order?

Please see our refund policy. If anything arrives damaged, contact us and we will make it right.

Will it make my hair grow?

Our products are cosmetics, not treatments. They are made to cleanse, nourish and care for your scalp and hair, not to treat hair loss. If you are worried about hair loss, please talk to a doctor or dermatologist.
