Your 90 days

• Weeks 1–2: a cleaner, fresher-feeling scalp from the weekly scrub and daily wash
• Weeks 3–6: the oil ritual becomes a habit; lengths feel softer and look shinier
• Weeks 7–12: keep going. Consistency is what makes the difference

The ritual

1. Reset, once a week: massage the scrub into a wet scalp, leave 5–15 minutes, rinse.
2. Cleanse: wash with the Rosemary & Caffeine Shampoo.
3. Condition: mid-lengths and ends, 2–3 minutes, rinse.
4. Treat, several times a week: a few drops of oil on a dry scalp, 15 minutes or overnight before washing.
